Exposure: South-West exposure
Wine making process: Complete de-stemming, long fermentation for 25 to 30 days. Regular pigeage and pumping over.
Maturation: In selected oak barrels, where the wine will stay for 12 months. The wine is then bottled for 18 months before being sold.
Tasting: Rich purple in colour, a subtle yet complex aroma with a blend of spices, cooked red fruit and the leather. The palate is dense with a good tannic structure, persistent finish on the ratings received on the nose.
